As your Personal Life Coach I focus on assisting you in celebrating your strengths and removing the "struggle" from life. With your direction and my holding your vision, together we will define your values and purpose and reach your goals and dreams.

I am also a Virtual Administrative Assistant with over 20 years of administrative experience, primarily assisting coalitions and non-profits, but also performing administrative work for small business owners and individuals. From coordinating meetings, answering phones, creating databases, or building a power point presentation, I use my skills and experience to help your business succeed!

Whether I am working with you as your Personal Life Coach, or as an Administrative Assistant, we will be creative in gaining a new perspective for every day situations.
